Dozens of hybrid and pure electric car models are on display at Yen So Park in Hanoi at an exhibition that opened on Saturday.
The Electrified Vehicle Exhibition 2024, organized by VnExpress, is the first exhibition held in Vietnam dedicated to electrified vehicles, with the participation of many famous brands.

A giant gantry system was erected to support visitors to experience and learn about hybrid and pure electric car models being sold in Vietnam.
The focus of the exhibition is a lineup of electrified vehicles from major brands in the field, such as VinFast, Hyundai, Honda, Nissan, MG, Wuling, Haval, and Haima.
In each display booth, visitors can learn about the equipment, product amenities, and emission reduction technology installed on the vehicles.
VinFast brought a strong fleet of pure electric cars to the exhibition, from VF 5 to VF 9.

Hyundai brought the Ioniq 5 electric car line, the hybrid version of Santa Fe, the pure electric Genesis G80, and an electric vehicle chassis.
The CR-V hybrid is the highlight of the Honda booth.
MG appeared at the exhibition with the MG Cyberster, a pure electric sports car that won the “IF Award Design” award, a prestigious award in the automotive design industry in Europe.
Nissan Kicks with serial hybrid technology, an electric motor powered by a gasoline engine, also interested visitors.

Some new brands also try to approach Vietnamese customers with electrified cars at the event, such as Haval with the H6 hybrid, Haima with the 7X-E, and Wuling with the cheapest electric car on the market, the Mini EV.
The exhibition allows visitors to test-drive 10 electric and hybrid vehicles, using a large test track system operated by professionals.

The exhibition also attracts visitors with a system of high-end glamping (glamorous camping) tents. Each tent is large enough for visitors to rest and enjoy food.
There is also a small tent area, which is an indispensable registration point for families coming to the exhibition. Many visitors bring their own tents to pitch in the camping area of the exhibition.

Not only cars, but nearly a dozen accessory and industry-support brands such as those selling charging stations, floor mats, and dash cams also participated in the event.
Fun activities on offer include car-shaped golf competitions, remote-controlled off-road vehicle racing with mini racetracks simulating real-life racetracks, and car-themed coloring and painting competitions for children.

The 2024 Electrified Vehicle Exhibition takes place over Jan. 13–14, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Sunday evening, VnExpress will announce the industry’s most outstanding car models at the Car Awards 2023 event.
