The medal design of VnExpress Marathon Nha Trang 2023 is inspired by agarwood buds, bodhi leaves, and seashells – the symbols of the coastal city.
The organizers have introduced the medal more than a month before the race, with designs reminiscent of the unique features of Nha Trang.
The medal front carries the images of Tram Huong Tower and Ponagar Tower to show the city’s development from past to present.

The 86 x 96 mm medal is made from high-quality steel alloy, which prevents the colors from fading.
“VnExpress Marathon Marvelous Nha Trang” text block appears on the medal in blue and pink colors, which are typical of the marine ecosystem. The back of the medal is decorated with coconut groves and flocks of swiftlets.
“The swiftlet symbolizes happiness. We aim to bring joy and cheer for all runners who stride on the VnExpress Marathon route,” said the organizer.
A Vietnamese line of a Khanh Hoa folk song, praising the province’s mountains and sea, is engraved below the words “FINISHER,” along with seashells and waves.

This year’s medals are available with four string colors for finishers in four distances: blue-purple (42 km), emerald (21 km), yellow-green (10 km), and orange-yellow (5 km).
VnExpress Marathon Marvelous Nha Trang 2023 will take place on August 13, expected to attract 11,000 domestic and international runners.
The collection of racing shirts – finisher shirts has been revealed with vibrant colors inspired by coral reefs.
