Readers of U.S. magazine Travel + Leisure have included Six Senses Con Dao in southern Vietnam in a list of 15 best resorts in Asia.
With an overall rating of 96.8 out of 100, the five-star resort in the Con Dao archipelago off the southern coast finished at the bottom of the list, which was dominated by India with five representatives, followed by Indonesia with four.
Stretching along Dat Doc Beach inside Con Dao National Park, it has 50 beach-view villas, built mainly with natural materials, each boasting a private swimming pool.
The price of a villa for two people ranges from VND9.4 million to 64 million ($413.20-2,813).
Resorts were rated based on their location, the quality of service and food.
