A man on a motorbike collided with a woman in traffic in Hanoi on Saturday, causing her to fall, before immediately driving away.
Video footage circulating on social media revealed the man, riding a Yamaha R15, rammed into the tail of the motorbike driven by a woman on Hanoi’s Nguyen Trai Street.
The impact caused the woman’s motorbike to fall to the right, and she fell into the front of a car approaching from behind.
The man on the motorbike fled the scene, while the woman was helped up by passersby.

Those involved in a hit and run can be fined up to VND8 million ($330) and have their license revoked for up to five months, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations. |
