DJ Fatboy Slim to debut in Vietnam this weekend

With a career spanning over four decades, DJ Fatboy Slim has become a household name in the electronic dance music realm, producing timeless tracks such as “Right Here, Right Now,” “The Rockafeller Skank,” “Weapon of Choice,” “Praise You,” and “Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat.”

These tunes have earned the dance music maestro numerous prestigious awards, including a Grammy for Best Music Video with Weapon of Choice, 2 Brit Awards, 10 MTV Awards, 1 Ivor Novello Award, and 4 Guinness World Records.

Fatboy Slim’s unique DJ style and consistently high-energy performances have contributed to his enduring popularity. His ability to reinvent classic hits and connect with audiences through energetic displays has solidified his status as a DJ legend.

He performed at global stages and massive festivals like Ultra, Creamfields, and Glastonbury. His performances at Brighton Beach in 2002 drew over 250,000 attendees and Flamenco, Brazil, in 2004 attracted 360,000 participants.

In just a few days, Vietnamese audiences will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the unique DJ prowess of the dance music icon, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

The performance will also feature Soul Central, the famed music production duo behind the hit “Strings of Life”, alongside DJs Alan Ritchie, Kaiser T, and Yokosun, promising a diverse and vibrant musical experience for fans.
