This weekend’s event includes local brands and young artists. Attendees can discover art products and join craft workshops to create personalized gifts for themselves and their loved ones.

The event is scheduled for Dec. 16-17, with operating hours from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. It will take place on the 3rd Floor of COMPLEX 01, located at No. 29, Alley 31, Lane 167, Tay Son Street, Dong Da District. Admission to the event is free.

Gingerbread decoration workshop for children

The “Gingerbread House Wonderland” event offers a recreational activity for young participants, providing them with the opportunity to engage in a gingerbread house decoration class led by Café du Lac Restaurant’s pastry chef. The class, scheduled for Saturday, is followed by a lunch buffet.

The pricing options include VND550,000 ($22) per child for the decoration class only, VND999,999 ($41) per child for both the decoration class and lunch buffet, and VND1,200,000 ($49) per adult for the lunch buffet alone.

The event is happening on Dec. 16, at the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake, at 5 Tu Hoa Street, Quang An Ward, Tay Ho District. The Gingerbread House Decoration Class will occur at the Diplomat Lounge from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., followed by the Lunch Buffet at Café du Lac Restaurant from noon to 3 p.m.

Stellar modern brunch

The “Stellar Modern Brunch” is a recently introduced dining experience at Stellar Steakhouse in the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72. It happens every Sunday and offers a variety of dishes from both Western and Asian cuisines.

Guests can enjoy a culinary experience featuring various dishes, such as prime rib roast, roasted Iberian pork belly, duck a l’orange, nigiri, caviar, and a dessert trolley. Alongside the culinary offerings, guests also have the option to enjoy a selection of cocktails, wines, champagne, and beer.

The brunch caters to varying preferences by offering different meal and beverage packages, ranging from VND1,900,000 to VND3,800,000 ($78 to $156).

The event occurs every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Stellar Steakhouse, located within the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 at Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower in Tu Liem District.

The Beatles tribute show

The event “Ticket to night” is a live show presented by The Gathering. The show features a selected setlist paying tribute to The Beatles’ “1” Album, a compilation of their most beloved and iconic songs.

French movie ‘À bout de souffle’ (Breathless)

French cinema Rendez-vous is a new weekly event introducing the richness and diversity of French cinema by screening a variety of very different films. Screenings are held by French Cinema Rendez-vous and Institut Français de HCMV.

Released in 1960, “Breathless” follows the story of Michel Poiccard, a young car thief on the run after killing a police officer. Seeking refuge with an American student and aspiring journalist named Patricia Franchini, the film unfolds against the backdrop of post-war Paris, exploring themes of love, identity, and existentialism.

“Breathless” will be screened at 7 p.m. on Dec. 16 at Galaxy Cinema Mipec Long Bien, Mipec Long Bien Shopping Center, Long Bien District. Tickets cost VND75,000 ($3).
