AstraZeneca Vietnam has been ranked 14th among the top 100 best places to work in Vietnam, and 4th in the pharmaceutical/medical equipment/healthcare industry for the fifth consecutive time.
In its 10th year, Vietnam Best Places To Work continues to attract the participation of nearly 64,000 experienced employees representing 18 diverse industries, as well as over 9,000 students from 113 universities across Vietnam.
These individuals actively voted for the workplaces they aspire to be a part of, from a list of 752 leading businesses in Vietnam.
This is an award presented by Anphabe, a pioneering consultant in Employer Branding (EB) and Happy Workforce, under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The results are independently verified by Intage Vietnam.
At the award ceremony, Nitin Kapoor, Chairman and General Director of AstraZeneca Vietnam, said that this recognition goes to all team members who come to work every day to improve the lives of patients in Vietnam.

Kapoor said that at AstraZeneca Vietnam, the staff follow the science, put patients first, play to win, do the right thing, and be entrepreneurial.

According to the company’s latest internal survey results, 99% of AstraZeneca Vietnam’s employees agreed that they understand and believe in the company’s future direction, 96% have opportunities for personal development and growth at AstraZeneca, 96% feel comfortable speaking their minds and expressing their opinions at work.
These notable indicators are a source of immense pride for the AstraZeneca team, particularly considering the dynamic nature of the industry and the economy as a whole, which are undergoing constant transformation in response to the rapid global changes.
Earlier the company was granted the Certificate of Merit by the prime minister for its exceptional contribution to Vietnam’s vaccine diplomacy in 2022.
The Minister of Health also awarded it a Certificate of Merit on three occasions: for outstanding work in cancer treatment in 2019, for significant contributions to the prevention and control of the pandemic in 2020, and for achievements in communication campaigns, breast cancer screening, and support for cancer patients in 2022.
