HÀ NỘI — Two young Vietnamese players will take part in World Table Tennis events this years to sharpen their skills.
Nguyễn Như Quỳnh and Đỗ Mạnh Lương will take part the first event from September 8-16 in Thailand and the second one from September 17-22 in Laos.
Lương won a boys’ doubles gold at the Southeast Asian Youth Table Tennis’ U15 category in May in Malaysia. Meanwhile Quỳnh secured silver in the girls’ U15 doubles.
The programme is part of the Việt Nam Table Tennis Federation plans to develop players.
WTT is an organisation created by the International Table Tennis Federation in 2019 that runs commercialised table tennis tournaments.
