Vietnam’s queen of bolero, model boyfriend explore Antelope Canyon in US

During their long holiday in the U.S. in July, the couple visited some tourist attractions with desert, savanna and limestone terrain such as Horseshoe Bend Canyon.
A few days ago, they booked a tour service to conquer Antelope Canyon located on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona.
A permit and a tour guide are required to explore this special place.

“So we have come here, no matter the sun, wind or hot sand, the long journey is worth it because of its surreal beauty,” Quyen wrote on her Instagram account, posting a photo with her son.

Antelope Canyon is a world-famous geological wonder renowned for its wave-like rock formations and vibrant colors, attracting millions of tourists every year.
The canyon was formed over millions of years by flash flooding and erosion, gradually sculpting the smooth, curving corridors that attract photographers and nature enthusiasts from around the world.

Sunlight filters through cracks in the cave ceiling, creating shimmering and colorful streaks of light, especially at noon. This has given Antelope Canyon the nickname ‘Cathedral of Light’.
The canyon is composed of many geological layers, mainly sandstone and limestone, of which the sandstone in Antelope was formed from the petrified sand dunes of the vast Jurassic desert, similar to the Sahara Desert today.

The best time to admire the beauty of this place is around 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on sunny days.

To visit Antelope Canyon, tourists must buy a tour from locals, with a guide responsible for taking you into the canyon because it is very narrow. Sometimes the canyon is flooded so it is very dangerous to travel alone.
There used to be many antelopes living in the area, especially in winter, hence its name.
