Nguyen Thi Tuyet, chairwoman of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company, has resigned three months after being appointed to the job.
The company’s board of directors has accepted the resignation and named Nguyen Tuan Dung as her replacement.
Tuyet, elected in November for the 2021-2026 term, holds 21.4 million shares of the company, equivalent to a 3.67% stake.
Ngo Thi Hong Duyen, a member of the company’s supervisory board, has also submitted her resignation.
Established in 2007, VIX Securities had assets of over VND8.1 trillion (US$343.2 million) at the end of last year.
