Tran Tin Phu, 33, was arrested with two packs of methamphetamine and five ecstasy pills.
Police said that Phu usually brought drugs to the bar at night and sold them to customers in the bathrooms.
Among the 14 people who tested positive for banned drugs were three bar employees.
Sunday’s raid was a part of a campaign implemented by Dong Nai police to expose locations in the province where drugs are being traded and abused.
Despite Vietnam’s tough laws against drug production and trafficking, the country has emerged as a key trafficking hub for narcotics from the Golden Triangle, an intersection of China, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar that is the world’s second largest drug producing area after the Golden Crescent in South Asia.
