Tran Quang Chinh, deputy head of traffic police division No. 6 under the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, stated that traffic chaos resumed along major roads like Ho Tung Mau, Pham Hung, Xuan Thuy, and Tran Duy Hung during rush hour since students and teachers have returned to school.
