HÀ NỘI — On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence Day (August 24, 1991 – 2024), General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Central Committee and President Tô Lâm has sent a congratulatory message to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính also extended a congratulatory message to Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal, and National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn sent a congratulatory message to Chairman of Ukraine Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk.
