A tour bus carrying 19 passengers collided with a car on the North-South Expressway in Malaysia on July 10, killing two people including an Indonesian tourist.
The other victim was a 33-year-old bus driver, Channel News Asia reported.
Five passengers have suffered serious injuries while 13 others sustained minor injuries.
Among 19 passengers, there were four Indonesians, three Singaporeans, two Canadians, three from the Philippines and one each from China and Spain.
Preliminary investigations showed that the bus, owned by Malaysia-based La Holidays Travel & Tours, was traveling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and the bus driver lost control of his vehicle, leading to the bus running into a pole before colliding with the car.
A post-mortem examination of the driver is under way, and investigations are ongoing.
