Vietnam’s Top Sustainable Company 2022 award was co-hosted by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD). This is the seventh time Thien Long has received the award.

VCCI selected the top sustainable companies based on the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI).

The 2022 version of CSI has been updated with 130 criteria. Among them, 68% are related to law enforcement which is a compulsory criterion, and 32% are related to sustainable business initiatives.

According to the organizer, the awarded companies have grasped the fundamental principle of real business which is to produce lasting values for themselves, the community, and the next generation.

“Economic development and environmental protection go hand in hand, driving toward the circular economy has been the group’s main strategy since it was established four decades ago,” according to Thien Long’s officials.
