The Global City attracts hundreds of regional investors

Many investors showed an interest in The Global City of Masterise Homes at the introduction event last week, especially Chinese investors, because of its advantages and the potential for price increases in the future.

Quang Huy, one of the customers who decided to invest in a SOHO shophouse, spent a lot of time researching, analyzing and observing a specific project before deciding to invest.

“With many years of experience in real estate investing, I can see that The Global City has many advantages, such as terms of progress, transport infrastructure, location, planning, and world-class facilities,” Huy said. “It has potential for many kinds of business.”

SOHO shophouses will be built along food, entertainment and shopping streets, with well-known F&B and retail brands such as Pizza 4Ps, Pasteur Street Brewing, and branded chains belonging to Mylife Group.

These brands signed a cooperation agreement with Masterise Homes at the end of 2022.

In addition, famous brands from Singapore have also established long-term business cooperation and have become tenants at The Global City, providing a guaranteed source of income for SOHO shophouse owners.

The Global City has the advantage of a central location connecting the entire Thu Duc area with the center of Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 and surrounding areas, thanks to strong infrastructure development: Lien Phuong Street, An Phu intersection, Ring Roads no.2 and no.3, Cat Lai Bridge, and Metro Line No.1. This area is oriented towards becoming the focus of attracting a large number of tourists and residents to have fun.

Thu Duc City, where The Global City is located, is of increasing interest to investors, thanks to its many advantages and its potential of rising real estate prices, as it lies near Long Thanh International Airport, a system of schools, international hospitals, and shopping centers.

Last year, the New Year luxury countdown party at The Global City attracted thousands of visitors.

The Global City is one of the rare projects in the An Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City with a large scale of 117.4 hectares. It is designed and planned according to international standards.

Many investors believe that this township can become one of the best places to promote the commercial development of the city.
