Thai Binh Homecoming Day boosts Vietnam-Korea cultural exchange and business connection

The program aimed to enhance the exchange, understanding, and cooperation between Vietnam and South Korea in the fields of economics, culture, and society.

It was one of the largest cultural exchange and business connection programs in Thai Binh, attracting the participation of more than 10,000 people, including province leaders, businesses, local people, and tourists from Vietnam and Korea.

The Vietnam-Korea Trade Fair gathered more than 200 booths of Vietnamese and Korean enterprises, showcasing their products and services.

Within the framework of the program, the Cooperation Signing Ceremony between Vietnamese and Korean enterprises was also held to promote economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.

Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thai Binh Province, and Chairman of the Steering Committee for organizing the Thai Binh Homecoming Day, said that the event was thoroughly prepared.

Booths and supporting areas were set up for the Northern Delta International Agricultural Fair 2023. At the Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Conference between Thai Binh Province and Korea, three projects received the Investment Registration Certificates while eight cooperation MOUs were signed in industry and trade, education, and labor.

Top singers and artists from Korea and Vietnam also arrived in Thai Binh for the Thai Binh Homecoming Day Music Festival.

Especially since the program was an important economic and cultural program of bilateral diplomacy, Hoabinhevents had to come up with many effective risk response plans.

“We analyzed and assessed risks that might occur during organizing the program, and then we developed appropriate prevention plans. We considered weather, security, technical, health, and safety risks,” Hai said.
