Authorities of southern Binh Phuoc Province have approved building the Bu Lach Grass Plot Resort for different entertainment activities including buffalo fighting and horse racing.
The 408 hectare resort is located at the Dong Nai Commune in Bu Dang District, just 65km from Dong Xoai Town and near National Highway 14, which links to the Central Highlands.
Bu Lach Grass Plot will be divided into three main parts. Zone A, with 327 hectares of grass plots, lakes, forests, and areas for industrial tree planting, is designed for buffalo fighting, horse racing, ostrich racing, outdoor traveling activities, and an outdoor film studio.
Food and accommodations will also be served in this zone by the lake.
Zone B has an area of 57 hectares to be used for building traditional craft villages of the local ethnic minority people of S’Tieng. This will include weaving, knitting, forging, and alcohol processing.
The last zone of 12 hectares with a waterfall will be designed for natural tourism.
Nguyen Van Tram, chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Province, said local S’Tieng people will remain living in the area. They will be guided to offer travel services.
