South Korean actress Lee Da-hee enjoys birthday in Da Nang

Lee, known for her performances in several hit South Korean TV series and films, visited Da Nang with her parents and friends. She stayed at a 5-star resort that can cost up to VND120 million ($5,100) a night. The resort is located right on Ha My Beach, about 7 km from Hoi An Ancient Town. The convenient location allowed her to conveniently explore both Hoi An and Da Nang, two of the most famous tourist destinations in Central Vietnam.

The resort is a familiar spot for the wealthy and international clientele. A stay costs from more than VND10 million to over 100 million per night, depending on the type of room and the season. The locale’s most expensive accommodation is its five-bedroom villa (with a maximum capacity of 10 people), which can cost over VND120 million a night during the peak season.

On Monday, a photo on Lee’s social media showed her smiling as she posed in the sun near the sea. Her comments praised the beautiful weather in Vietnam.

The actress also took a photo with her father by the resort’s beachside infinity pool. During her few days in Da Nang, Lee tried to use as much Vietnamese as she could on social media. She expressed her love for many things Vietnamese, including conical hats.

Lee celebrated her 38th birthday with a cozy little party attended by family and friends at the resort’s tranquil poolside space.

She enjoyed a dinner of grilled seafood and white wine in the pleasant March weather.
Lee started her acting career in 2002 at the age of 17 with small roles in TV series and films. Her breakout role came in 2013 when she starred in the hit courtroom drama “I Can Hear Your Voice,” followed by a leading role in the revenge series “Big Man”. Accolades she’s received during her career include awards at the Asia Artist Awards, KBS Drama Awards and SBS Drama Awards.
