According to Bui Duy Toan, director of sales and marketing division, Phu My Hung, the highlight of the project is situated in the vast green ecological complex, promoting a lifestyle close to nature, in addition to possessing a modern architectural style and utility chain.
“The land fund for housing development in the city center is limited, and projects in prime locations, with views of rivers, lakes, and parks are even fewer. Therefore, Phu My Hung The Horizon was expected to produce dual value, for current use and value for future growth,” the company representative said.

Phu My Hung The Horizon benefits from the central location of the CBD – The Crescent Lake with a chain of utilities adapted to international standards including office buildings for multinational companies, financial corporations, banks, and commercial services, etc. The landscape system, which spans up to 13 hectares and includes a lake, rivers, and lush parks, resonates with that concept.
This location serves as a community center and has architectural space with low-rise modern buildings in front and a high-rise at the back facing the lake shore in accordance with the bow curve of The Crescent Lake, which has a length of 700 meters. This design was inspired by Singaporean architecture.
According to the investor’s representative, Phu My Hung The Horizon was introduced to customers when 71% complete. The project will be completed, with air conditioners and kitchen cabinets entirely installed, in the fourth quarter of 2023, per the plan.
Additionally, customers may now sign up to tour the model apartment with the investor’s direct expert team.
