“Nguyen Thanh Chung got enough yellow cards so he won’t be with the team in Japan. Nguyen Tien is still waiting for his injury diagnosis. I don’t know what is his current situation. Keeper Dang Van Lam will be there and gather with the team. Adding more players now is quite difficult because they need time to get a visa,” Park talked about the squad for the next away match.

About the plan for the game with Japan, who already qualified for World Cup, Park said he always tries to make room for young players, but they also have to prove that they are ready.

“For the upcoming game, I will have to evaluate and consider more before selecting the U23 players. Because as we already know, Japan are the top team of Asia and they are really tough to play against.”
