Buildings are arranged and designed to limit sun exposure and solar radiation (30-40 percent reduction on average).

“The principles of sustainability are integral to our work. For any projects including The Global City, we strive to design buildings that address the effects of climate change, create urban quarters that support thriving communities, and look to improve the quality of life in a city for all,” said Toby Blunt, senior partner, Foster + Partners.
