A festival under the theme of 3D painting with numerous of outdoor activities will be organized in Ho Chi Minh City’s Dam Sen Cultural Park on August 31.
Titled “3D Street Painting Festival,” the event will have a display of 13 street 3D paintings selected from the park’s 3D painting competition launched from August 21. An award ceremony will also be held at the day. The contest’s first winner will receive VND12 million (US$565) and 10 tickets to the parks.
Visitors will have chance to see the park’s Au Lac Square turning into a huge waterfall, or a road in the venue becoming a giant black hole through the hands of 3D artists.
Besides the main activity, the event will also have booths featuring Henna painting, sketch, and sand paintings.
“3D Street Painting Festival” will take place from 8am to 9pm at the park at 03 Hoa Binh Street in District 11.
