Home Credit Vietnam now employs around 300 IT and data experts who play an important role in building and maintaining digital service delivery platforms. The team, along with experts from other departments, can enhance their skills and knowledge through various programs like visits or study tours to see Home Credit Group’s projects in different countries including the Czech Republic, Indonesia, Philippines, and India.

“Home Credit is keen on developing sustainable human resources. We focus on creating opportunities for everyone, nurturing diverse talents, and creating a working environment where everyone is honored and cared for,” Pham Vu Minh Dan, Home Credit Vietnam’s Chief People Officer, said.
