FLC tower in Hanoi renamed The West


Gateway Hanoi has completed its acquisition of the FLC tower and begun its road map of extensive renovations.

Under new ownership, the high-rise office tower at 265 Cau Giay street in Hanoi, has been renamed “The West”.

Gateway is fully committed to making further improvements to this already modern tower’s facilities. The goal is to enhance tenant experience and attract new tenants, both local and foreign businesses.

The West has four basement levels and 38 commercial office floors, offering a total floor area of 101,108 square meters. Located in a prime location in Hanoi’s Cau Giay district, The West is highly accessible via Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 3.

The West is also conveniently connected to Hanoi’s downtown areas and high-tech zones in the west of the capital. The building will boost development of the western region, a new high-tech hub in Hanoi.

Gateway Hanoi prioritizes smooth and seamless operation of The West for existing tenants. Savills Vietnam, the leading building management firm in Vietnam has been selected for The West’s management. This partnership aims to not only secure more tenants but to raise the level of services for current tenants.

Companies in industries such as information technology, logistics, manufacturing, consulting services would find The West as an ideal headquarters given its location, amenities and reputation.

In the commercial podium section, The West will change the entire retail space structure. Well regarded food and beverage brands occupy the 1st and 2nd floors. New ownership is already in the midst of extensive negotiations with entertainment, education, sports and healthcare companies to develop a high-quality utility complex at The West to serve its residents, office workers, and students.
