ELSA offers $1M English program for businesses, schools

The “Empower the Workforce of Tomorrow” program by ELSA offers free accounts for both students and employees to improve their English speaking skills with up to $1 million in sponsorship.

Last year’s 2022 “Empower the Workforce of Tomorrow” program attracted the registration of about 5,000 individuals in 33 different industries in over 15 provinces and cities. This year, the program is expanding into schools, educational institutions, and English centers.

“This opportunity is open for students and employees in Vietnam to practice speaking English with AI for free in one month,” an ELSA representative said.

Businesses and schools participating will be provided with up to 100 ELSA Pro 30-day accounts. The learning process and results will be updated on the ELSA Dashboard in real-time, and can be accessed by managers to keep track of participants’ performance. The “Empower the Workforce of Tomorrow” will also help companies enhance productivity and branding.

FLC Ha Long Chief Human Resources Officer Le Tien Thanh, a representative of last year’s event participanting company, said English communication skills training is always his company’s top priority.

“‘The Empower the Workforce of Tomorrow’ was a great opportunity for the company to review our employees’ English level, and then adopt the most suitable training solution.”

Nearly 100 officers from BIDV Insurance Company (BIC) also completed the program as part of the company’s strategy to enhance workforce.
