Audi has recalled 392 A6, A7, Q7, and Q8 cars to fix a faulty information control box port and fuel pump.
Its distributor in Vietnam, Auto Asia Ltd, said they include 249 A6 and A7 sedans and 143 Q7 and Q8 SUVs.
The sedans’ information box port could be damaged by moisture coming in from under the back seat, and this could affect several functions it said.
All the affected cars were manufactured between 2019 and 2022.
The repair takes around an hour.
In the Q7 and Q8 models, a part of the fuel pump could break while the vehicle is in motion due to pressure fluctuations in low system pressure conditions.
The vehicles were manufactured between January 1, 2020, and January 29, 2021. The repair takes two hours.
Customers can get theirs checked and repaired from now until March 2026.
