Armin Van Buuren to rock outdoor EDM rave in HCMC


Armin Van Buuren, ranked fifth in the world by DJ Mag, and many world-famous DJs will perform at an EDM rave in HCMC this December.

Various electronic dance music (EDM) genres will be played by top international DJs, including Grammy-nominee Armine Van Buuren, at Ravolution Music Festival in Ho Chi Minh City on Dec. 4.

The Dutch DJ is a well-known and respected artist in the Trance community. He received a Grammy nomination for his track “This Is What It Feels Like” and has consistently been in the Top 5 of DJ Mag’s Top 100 ranking since 2004.

The publication has named him the number-one DJ five times and once called him “a certified legend of electronic music.” He has also performed at different music festivals around the world like Tomorrowland, EDC, Transmission and A State of Trance.

Also joining the lineup are American DJ Kaskade, Australian DJ Will Sparks and two Dutch duos – Sub Zero Project and Yellow Claw. All have entered DJ Mag’s Top 100 ranking and headlined many major raves.

They will shake up the crowds with their heavy bass tracks, hardstyle anthems and euphoric sets.

Ticket information is available via the festival website and Facebook page. A general admission ticket costs VND999,000 ($40.18).

Ravolution Music Festival is an outdoor electronic dance music event in Saigon.

The annual outdoor music festival first blew up in 2016 as a playground for local and international music lovers, drawing many top Vietnamese artists and world-famous DJs.
