Ambrus, Cosmos developing Vietnam industrial real estate finance solutions

The strategic cooperation signing ceremony to provide financial solutions for the industrial real estate sector and industrial park enterprises between two companies took place on Jan. 8 and was witnessed by many prestigious representatives in industrial real estate, the Association of Industrial Real Estate Enterprises, technology companies, and banks.

The event is considered an important milestone in the cooperation process between the two sides, and an important strategic step in the goal of improving the quality and services of industrial real estate according to international standards.

At the ceremony, representatives of the two enterprises also recognized the importance of financial solutions and investment capital for industrial real estate projects.

In the immediate future, the two companies will focus on exploiting each other’s strengths, including providing comprehensive investment and financial solutions for investors and domestic and international enterprises operating in industrial parks, export processing zones, and industrial clusters in Vietnam.

In addition, they also commit to providing development, exploitation, and operation solutions that apply advanced and modern technology to industrial parks, helping domestic and international investors increase the value of industrial real estate in Vietnam.

Providing complete solutions for FDI enterprises and factory investments in Vietnam and accessing and attracting international capital sources at reasonable costs were also mentioned in the strategic cooperation.
