Actress Midu and plastics tycoon’s heir enjoy honeymoon at one of Vietnam’s most expensive resorts

After the wedding party held in HCMC in late June, the couple went on their honeymoon with some close friends. The newlyweds booked Amanoi, Vietnam’s first six-star resort, overlooking Vinh Hy Bay in the south-central province of Ninh Thuan.

The couple in an infinity swimming pool within their villa, facing Vinh Hy Bay. Most of the villas in this resort have swimming pools, ensuring a private vacation for visitors.

The resort is one of the most expensive in Vietnam with the lowest room rates at VND17 million per night.

The resort has a total of 36 luxury villas.
Spread over an area of more than 1,000 square meters, Bay View Villa is the most expensive of the resort.
According to its website, room rates cost up to $9,500 for one-night stay in July, including private transfer from Cam Ranh Airport, free non-alcoholic drinks from the minibar, private electric car, daily afternoon tea, wellness class, yoga, and water sports.

The Bay View Villa has five bedrooms, a swimming pool and lots of vegetation.

In addition to private swimming pools, the resort has two shared swimming pools.
Cliff Pool is located halfway up the mountain and has a panoramic view of Vinh Hy Bay. It is 140 square meters large and 1.4 meters deep. Outdoor cocktail parties can be held here in the evening.
The Beach Pool is located next to a private beach and restaurant, is 400 square meter large, 1.4 m deep. It has a separate area for children but there is no partition with the adult area.

While staying at the resort, visitors can explore Vinh Hy Bay, one of the most pristine in Vietnam, by kayak or catamaran, experience coral diving tour, discover Cham culture, and conquer the top of Chua Mountain, which lies at a height of 1,000 meters above sea level.

Vinh Hy Bay is about 42 km from Phan Rang city.
The bay is bestowed with sunny weather all-year-round so it can be visited at any time of the year. However, for the best outdoor experiences, May to August is the ideal time.
There is a small fishing village in Vinh Hy where locals have started offering homestay or fishing boat rental services.

The resort has two restaurants, one located on the mountain facing the sea and one on the beach with menus using seasonal ingredients and fresh seafood bought from local fishermen.
