Singapore Airlines has been voted the most loved international airline by readers of American magazine Travel+Leisure at this year’s World’s Best Awards thanks to its “excellent in-flight service and cabin comfort.”
France’s La Compagnie ranked second, followed by Dubai’s flagship Emirates, based on 700,000 votes of readers that rated airlines on criteria such as cabin comfort, in-flight service, customer service and value.
Japan’s All Nippon Airways came in fourth, followed by Doha-based Qatar Airways.
The rest of the top 10 list were Korean Air, Japan Airlines, Thai Airways International, Etihad Airways and EVA Air.
“I was shocked at how incredible the experience was. I wish I could fly this airline everywhere,” wrote one voter.
Singapore Airlines has built a longstanding reputation for excellence in safety, service, and overall customer experience for years now.
