The two remaining companies related to property developer FLC that were still traded on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange have now been delisted for not submitting their financial reports.
With this, FLC and all four related companies are off the stock market.
FLC Stone Mining and Investment and FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management are the latest to be delisted by the exchange, which said in a notice Tuesday they “severely violated information disclosure obligations” for 2022.
Earlier FLC Group, FLC Faros Construction and HAI Agrochem had been delisted for failure to submit financial reports for 2022.
FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management’s GAB used to be the highest priced stock on HoSE when it traded at VND200,000.
But it went into freefall in April 2022 after FLC chairman Trinh Van Quyet was arrested for alleged stock manipulation.
