TasteAtlas, a world-renowned culinary information website, has released the 2023 culinary awards and rated Asian cuisines. Vietnamese food came in sixth place.
This website also includes a list of the top five Vietnamese foods, which are banh mi, pho, spring rolls, bo kho, and Hue beef noodle soup.
TasteAtlas stated in December 2022 that Vietnam placed 20th among the world’s 100 best cuisines.

Long-standing Vietnamese restaurants with the philosophy of respecting Vietnamese food contribute considerably to tourism growth.

In October 2023, more than 30 national directors, along with president Nawat Itsaragrisil and vice president Teresa Chaivisut of Miss Grand International chose it to enjoy delicious Vietnamese dishes.
Following that, on Nov. 28, Miss Peru, Luciana Fuster, went to Com Nieu SaigonSai Gon as part of a business trip to Vietnam with the top 10 Miss Grand Internationals for a taste of Vietnamese cuisine.

Luciana said that she has a lot of enthusiasm and understanding of the world’s various cuisines. In a recent post, she highlighted her fondness for Vietnamese cuisine when dining at Com Nieu Sai Gon restaurant.
Luciana says that every time she visits Vietnam, she can’t help but become engrossed in the delicate and distinct tastes of the local food.
Delicious foods like banh mi and pho, as well as visually appealing delicacies like claypot rice, have captivated her. Luciana is particularly fond of the intimate atmosphere and delectable cuisine at Com Nieu Saigon.
Miss Peru says she wants to express her heartfelt gratitude to the chefs and personnel of Com Nieu Sai Gon and suggests the restaurant as one of the must-visit places to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Its staff are not only hard workers but also talented artists, creating unique works of culinary art, she says.
