Dortmund players try Hanoi coffee, cyclo rides

Dortmund players at a coffee shop in Hanoi before the training session in the afternoon.

The players sit at a coffee shop on Dien Bien Phu Street, next to a train track.

Tien, the shop owner, said over 10 players and coaching staff came there for coffee and tea, including famous Germany national players Marco Reus and Mats Hummels (C).

Some players visited the Old Quarter and toured the Sword Lake.

Mats Hummels is greeted by fans on a Hanoi street.

Members of the Hanoi’s Dortmund fan club came to the Old Quarter to see the players.

The team also went see the Turtle Tower and Ngoc Son Temple at the Hoan Kiem Lake area.

They were told the legend of the Hoan Kiem Lake tutle by a tour guide.

The players were excited about their first trip to Hanoi.

At 6 p.m., the team had a training session at My Dinh National Stadium, which will be free for spectators. The friendly between Vietnam national football team and Dortmund will take place at 7 p.m. at My Dinh Stadium on Wednesday.
