Khai Hoan Land adds social value to business


Reading culture and social responsibility have driven Khai Hoan Land’s business from the very beginning.

Khai Hoan Land was founded by Nguyen Khai Hoan and his family in 2009 when Hoan was 24 years old. Beside business and real estate, Hoan is passionate about literature. Understanding the importance of reading for social and personal growth, he has successfully introduced a reading culture to the company at every stage of business development.

Khai Hoan bookshelf, a social project, was launched by Khai Hoan Land in 2020 to donate books to primary schools in remote disadvantaged areas like Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Tien An, Long An…, aiming to spread reading culture in the community.

“We want to spread knowledge and passion for books among struggling children in remote areas,” Hoan said.

Nguyen Khai Hoan’s longer-term goal is to build more libraries in remote and disadvantaged areas.

In addition to the bookcase project, Khai Hoan Land also carried out other charity initiatives, including donating to the central region, children, the elderly… “We will continue many other activities to promote the spirit of kindness and company culture, and join hands with other organizations to contribute more to our community,” a representative of Khai Hoan Land shared.

During Covid-19, Khai Hoan Land donated VND500 million to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, joining hands to fight the pandemic. The company also supports prevention and control of pandemics by donating medical supplies to the HCMC Hospital for Tropical Diseases and concentrated isolation areas in Tay Ninh.

Khai Hoan Land is a major real estate broker in the southern area. On July 19, 2021, Khai Hoan Land stocks were listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange as KHG.

Since 2021, Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company in HCMC has become the developer and distributor for all projects under the T&T Group brand.

As of May 2022, the company has an authorized capital of VND4,431 billion, with Nguyen Khai Hoan holding 30.61 percent of all official stocks. The other four founders are members of Nguyen Khai Hoan’s family.

Khai Hoan Land is expected to earn a pre-tax profit of about VND400 billion this year and plans to expand its distribution system to about 60-80 branches across the country. Recently, Khai Hoan Land approved a plan to issue 144 million individual shares to 11 investors with the offering price of VND16,000 per share.
